RDC Completes the Development of the Luxury Conrad Rabat Arzana in Morocco
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, -- December 2022: Emirates Stallion Group (ESG), an ADX-listed company (ADX: ESG), and Arzana Investment Holding announced the completion of the luxurious Conrad Rabat Arzana Hotel in Morocco which was recently inaugurated.

The landmark property which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, about 15 kilometers away from the capital Rabat, marks the first entry into Morocco of the global brand, Conrad Hotels and Resorts.

The project was the fruit of a joint effort that brought together ESG and Arzana Investment Holding Corporation. Thanks to its vast expertise in real estate development companies, construction, and project management for real estate development, ESG’s Royal Development Company (RDC) was chosen for the development of this monumental hospitality project.

“It was a great honor for us to be chosen for the development of this signature resort,” said Mr. Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni, Chairman of the Emirates Stallion Group.

He added, “Arzana has chosen our group to construct this 5-star hotel for the distinguished global brand of Hilton-Conrad, knowing that we can stand up to the highest standards required for such a brand.”

“We pride ourselves on the professionalism, dedication, and project management experience shown throughout the development of this property. These attributes have helped us spread our activities regionally and globally,” Mr. Al Yabhouni concluded.

With its location near Rabat and proximity to many natural and cultural attractions, the project will be of great value for tourism in Morocco and will stand as a sign of the brotherly ties between the UAE and Morocco.
ESG has accumulated the necessary expertise to carry out mega projects from conception through design and development, to marketing, sales, and facility management.

Being a subsidiary of one of the UAE’s largest conglomerates, i.e. the International Holding Company (IHC), ESG can build on the global resources, reach, and business acumen of its mother company.

Projects like Conrad Rabat Arzana Hotel can testify to this solid position.
